I hope those of you who have been on ACDB for years are finding the new design a step in the right direction. And I hope those new here are having an easier time navigating the site.
Desktop with a widescreen has always been my development focus. Now that is coming to an end. I'll be redesigning pages to be usable on a mobile phone.
Less clutter so you can focus on what you want to do on a given page.
Some of the changes this week:
- complete rework of the header
- reworked the L-Navigation into a side wide drop down Menu
- top banned placed as a background on the first content frame header
- site favicon switched to Konata
- footer Who Board thread listing is now 2 columns instead of three, allowing the table to wrap on the smallest of screens
- on the front page, restyled Feels and latest Waifu claims
- added a Moderation Event log to front page
I'm looking to change a bit the system for how members contribute content.
I'd like to try out a new class of Admin that we'll call Contributing Member
. If you're interested in skipping the moderation queue and contributing freely, let me know!
